All team training sessions are scheduled to last 8 hours. Group size is limited to 12 people, to ensure detailed, hands-on instruction. This also allows us to book particularly special post-training venues for our group discussions that are intimate and exclusive, which adds an essential element to the team bonding experience.
All sessions take place in publicly accessible natural open spaces in the San Francisco Bay Area and conclude with seminar-style discussions at local restaurants or wineries accompanied by Californian farm-to-table cuisine.
Each Silicon Valley Workshop covers one Level of our revolutionary new 17 Steps to Sustainability modular outdoor learning method.
All sessions run now through December 2022.
